• Products must be returned in original, unworn condition with all packaging, certificates, and documentation included.
• Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Custom jewelry, engraved items, or personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange or resizing unless a manufacturing defect is present.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for exchange or service.
• Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges may apply depending on the location.
• Karia Diamonds reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange or service request.
